We are seeking a skilled MATLAB MIL Validation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in software engineering with a focus on Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) validation in automotive applications, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Body Control Modules (BCM). The role requires a strong background in MATLAB, SIMULINK, and other related tools, along with experience in various programming languages and test management tools. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  
 

Model Validation: 
 

Perform Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) validation for automotive applications, ensuring compliance with modeling rules and guidelines. 
 

Validate models and simulations using MATLAB and SIMULINK, including State Flow/State Chart and Model Advisor. 
 

Software Development and Testing: 
 

Develop and maintain MATLAB models, scripts, and associated documentation. 
 

Utilize C/C++, Python, and M-Scripting for model development and validation. 
 

Employ test management tools such as Reqtify and TPT to manage and execute validation tests. 
 

Standards and Processes: 
 

Apply knowledge of ISTQB (foundation and advanced levels) for testing methodologies. 
 

Ensure adherence to ISO26262 functional safety standards (Basics/Intermediate levels). 
 

Implement ASPICE processes and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, SaFe). 
 

Use JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation. 
 

Collaboration and Communication: 
 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze customer requirements. 
 

Communicate validation results and findings effectively to stakeholders. 
 

Mandatory Skills: 
 

Technical Expertise: 
 

Proven experience in MATLAB Model Validation (MIL) in automotive domains such as ADAS and BCM. 
 

Proficiency in MATLAB – SIMULINK, State Flow/State Chart, and Model Advisor. 
 

Hands-on experience with programming languages (C/C++, Python) and M-Scripting. 
 

Familiarity with test management tools like Reqtify and TPT. 
 

Knowledge of Standards: 
 

Understanding of ISTQB testing principles. 
 

Knowledge of ISO26262 for functional safety. 
 

Experience with ASPICE processes. 
 

Agile and SDLC: 
 

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, SaFe). 
 

Experience with JIRA and Confluence. 
 

Preferred Skills: 
 

Certifications: 
 

ISTQB certification at foundation or advanced levels. 
 

ISO26262 functional safety training (Basics/Intermediate). 
 

Process Knowledge: 
 

ASPICE process knowledge. 
 

Agile methodologies and SDLC experience.

Any Graduate
