Description

Provide onsite Level 2/3 Maximo support, handling configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and automation scripts to optimize asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver Level 2/3 Maximo support

Maximo Mobile Support & troubleshooting

Customizations & Configurations: Configure and customize Maximo modules using Automation scripts and Mbo customization.

Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations.

Workflow Optimization: Automate and optimize Maximo workflows.

Reporting: Build and customize Maximo reports. Knowledge of Maximo Birt Reporting, writing queries

Enhancements: Identify and implement system improvements.

Data Validation & Uploads into Maximo 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelors in computer science, IT, or related field.

8 -10 years’ experience with Maximo 7.6

2-3 full cycle implementations of IBM Maximo asset management solution in capacity of Technical Lead.

5+ years Maximo experience in Level 2/3 support roles.

Expertise in Maximo Mobile, customizations, integrations, and automation scripts.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 

Preferred:

Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite v 9, IBM Maximo certification, and integration with third-party platforms.

Ideal for a proactive Maximo consultant focused on technical support and enhancements.

Education

Bachelors in computer science, IT, or related field.
