Summary: Seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, specialized in SolidWorks, to lead test method development and validation for the Lung Health ILLUMISITE system, with a focus on meeting current requirements and regulatory submissions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Demonstrated experience in Gage R&R.
• Proficient in test method development.
• Knowledge of basic statistical analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of test method development and validation for various products of the Lung Health ILLUMISITE system.
• Conduct gap assessments of existing test methods in relation to current requirements.
• Characterize test methods against Gage R&R maximum threshold.
• Collaborate with the Design Quality Engineering team for alignment on test methods.
• Develop and execute test protocols.
• Document test results and analyses.
• Provide technical support for submissions to regulatory bodies.
