Job Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance/CPI related tasks for the assigned torque converter families, including drawing/model updates and discussions with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, assembly/test, platform engineering, product support, and the client.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.

Technical Skills (Required

Hardware design experience.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Technical Skills(Desired)

• Experience in powertrain design, development, or product support.

• Understanding of Drivetrain performance and oil system functions.

• Experience in sleeve and roller bearing selection criteria.

• Familiarity with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) based validation processes.

• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Current Product Improvement (CPI).

• Demonstrated ability to use a combination of analysis and testing to solve problems.

• Proficiency in Creo modeling.
