Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

• Bs degree with mechanical / OTHER with 10 years experience with 3D CAD (Creo / Solidworks) and DOWNHOLE experience PREFERED.
• Experience in mechanical / hydraulic / Robotic component systems for down-hole well equipment.
• Experience with design of precision components , with material properties under extreme conditions
• Must experience with CFD and FEA.
• Experience in analyses, concept design and feasibility evaluation for advanced development on applications of downhole mechanical / hydraulic and robotic systems.
• Design, develop and manage component level for mechanical assemblies , implement tool concepts and analyses of those components.
• Prepare design and engineering estimates for development of new designs to existing products.
• Create test plans, procedures and reports and manage reliability analysis for products.
• Perform failure analysis and implement root cause.
