Mechanical Engineer

Resource requirements for Body Components:

• Working experience on design & development of below aggregates includes but not limited.
• CAD parametric data creation in UG/NX, Criteria section development,
• 2D drawings, Active participation in CFT review meetings,
• Project management & Resource mgt, should be conversant with design requirements DRD’s, Dfmea/pfmea, DVPs, DSAO, weight/cost targets, country specific requirements & regulations etc.
• Material knowledge, GD&T, Vehicle architecture, cost reduction Ideas.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Should be flexible to work at Client site & ready to work as per customer shifts.

Hands on experience in below aggregates:

• Components: Washer Bottles, Wiper systems, Cowl Tray, Mirrors etc.
• Design & development of Front end, exterior systems for trucks/Bus for OEMs
• Plastic part designs along with experience in mold design, manufacturing technology etc.
• Composite parts manufacturing processes like Plastics, SMC, FRP, etc.
• Lightweight plastic material like Metton, carbon Fiber’s processing.
• Part feasibility study, Part manufacturing processes, joining & locating techniques, CAE tests/load cases, Fastening methods
