Job Description And Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimum of 10 years' Project Management or Project Leadership experience from concept to realization (large-scale, multi-million dollar projects)

Manufactured large-scale, rolling action capex projects from start to finish

Experience communicating to high-end stakeholders (COO looking for status updates)

Hands-on Experience With Manufacturing And Production Capabilities

Customer-focus mindset with strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills

Superior planning and organization skills; ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Industries Of Automotive, Power Tools, Or Healthcare

Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry, preferred

Microsoft Project experience and efficiency

Knowledge of Quality Systems a plus (e.g. TS 16949, ISO9001, AS9100, etc.)
