Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions to streamline and automate risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IRM modules.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of risk management concepts and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
