POSITION OVERVIEW:Messaging EMessaging Engineerngineer

• Experience in Exchange permission management.
• Knowledge of migration tools.
• Exchange O365 site administration.
• Hands-on experience with User permissions, Compliance management, Journaling features.
• Knowledge of external user management.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, User permission management, User licenses.
• PowerShell experience with O365; Basic understanding of SailPoint and PowerShell Scripting for bulk operations.
• Updating Exchange versions, security updates, and patch updates.
• Coordinating during global outages and with service providers.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, room mailbox, and configuration.
• Experience with Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Strong soft skills; Experience with Tenet to Tenet mailbox migrations.
