Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of best-in-class engineering procedures for Microsoft 365 delivery.
  • Architect and design M365 service integration architectures with a focus on modern collaboration services.
  • Provide architectural support for initiatives, including Proof of Concepts and complex multi-year implementations.
  • Bring strategic, deep understanding of Microsoft 365 concepts and practices, including Power Platform, Teams, etc.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance to leadership and development teams.
  • Facilitate problem resolution throughout the engineering lifecycle.
  • Create and execute best-in-class engineering processes for Microsoft 365 delivery.
  • Focus on process improvements for increased operational excellence and an improved user experience.
  • Generate and maintain architectural design artifacts in support of governance standards and operational excellence.
  • Perform analysis, identify gaps or improvements, and develop solutions based on current business needs.
  • Provide oversight on daily engineering activities, function as a mentor, and help with problem escalation.


Requirements:

  • College degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 10+ years' experience with architecture and engineering for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and/or Power Platforms.
  • Expert-level knowledge of relevant collaboration services both cloud and on-premise.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Identity Access Management, Purview, Security/Compliance, Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection.
  • High-level knowledge of foundational components such as Active Directory, network infrastructure/architecture (DNS/DHCP, routing, etc.), PowerShell scripting.
  • Expert-level design and solution engineering experience in various collaboration technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of overall Microsoft 365 design, deployment, configuration, and administration.
  • Expert knowledge in the design and deployment of Microsoft Office Solutions.
  • Experience with ITIL foundational and Agile process methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • English Speaking/Writing.
  • MCP or higher certification.

  • Experience with network security components, including load balancers and firewalls.
  • Understanding of Financial Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance requirements.
