Job Summary:
The Microsoft 365 Enablement Lead, Digital Workplace is dedicated to boosting workforce productivity and digital dexterity through the effective adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies. This role involves strategizing the enablement process, conducting needs assessments across business units, and ensuring users have the necessary motivation, permissions, and knowledge to utilize Microsoft 365 applications effectively. A strong focus will be on facilitating collaborative work management capabilities using a suite of Microsoft 365 applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital workplace enablement strategy for Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Monitor, report, and manage metrics to assess the impact of digital workplace strategies.
- Coordinate comprehensive communication campaigns to promote technology adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with digital workplace stakeholders to enhance technology utilization.
- Manage and promote a centralized repository of technology resources for employee empowerment.
Must-Have Skills:
- In-depth knowledge and expert-level use of Microsoft 365 applications (MS Loop, MS Planner, MS To Do, MS Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Proficient in conducting detailed user requirement interviews to enhance collaboration and workflow.
- Strong foundation in measuring, establishing, and analyzing goals and KPIs within digital transformation projects.
