Job Description

Preferred location is Cincinnati and Alpharetta, but we can be flexible


• Work within the DWT Technical Operations function handling both device platform and device management systems including iOS, Android, MobileIron and Intune MDM platforms as a Level 3 expert.
• Perform monitoring, maintenance, and management across the entire ecosystem of Client's Mobility related services.
• Maintain a solid understanding of a complex an enterprise grade Mobility platform which has several integrations into other systems including but not limited to email, meeting & messaging tools, network, security tools, identity platforms, authentication systems, internal operational tools, and other systems.
• Work to transition mobile users from MobileIron to Intune device management, providing support for the separation management office to ensure seamless transitions to the Client Aerospace platform.
• Owning the tools required to manage Mobility solutions: M365 admin portal, Mobile Iron admin portal, identity management and delegated administration tools and other automation systems

A minimum of 5+ Years' professional experience working with Mobility platforms (iOS, Android, MDM etc.).
