Microsoft Azure Cloud Systems Architect

Requirements

" Availability to work 3 days per week on the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);

" Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Architecture (2-3 years);

" Experience in information systems engineering or another related field (5-8+ years);

" Experience with Azure DevOps, including creating and managing projects, git repositories, and pipelines.

Preferred

" Experience in administration of ESRI GIS software (2-3 years);

" Experience with Enterprise Architecture (2-3 years);

" Experience with other cloud providers, such as AWS or GCP (2-3 years);

" Experience supporting middleware such as API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services (5+ years);

" Experience with Microsoft Azure Services;

" Experience in the administration of Microsoft software (2-3 years)

" Experience with Linux (Redhat and Ubuntu)

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

" Understand, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure and/or other cloud services. Enhance infrastructure, application, and system monitoring solutions to prioritize system uptime.

" Recommend and assist with the building and hosting of complex application solutions. Find opportunities to refactor solutions for better performance, cost, and efficiency.

" Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, git repositories, and pipelines.

" Troubleshoot issues brought forth by developers and other architects. Provide technical expertise and support for Microsoft Power Platform.

" Automate processes wherever possible.

" Generate and maintain technical documentation. Review, advise, and design based on risks, costs, benefits, and impact on enterprise business processes and goals.

" Present findings of new technologies, enterprise-wide issues, and enhancements to peers. Effectively communicate technical information both verbally and in writing
