The opportunity

 

We are currently seeking highly motivated people for our Technology Consulting practice, which is a leading provider of services to large corporate clients of all industries.

 

You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to provide a broad range of CX technology related services, such as digital strategy and architecture, D365 CRM implementation, Power Apps and support. Team members include professionals with a variety of backgrounds, including excellent academic credentials in quantitative sciences, IT, engineering, and business administration, as well as deep professional experience in Greece and abroad.

 

As an IT Professional you will contribute technical insight to client engagements and internal projects, as well as supervise more junior members of the team, in Greece and abroad. In line with EY's commitment to quality, you will ensure that your work is of the highest quality. 

 

Your key responsibilities 
In your role, you are a key player in developing and implementing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will be focusing on both the technical and functional aspects of the role. 

Next to development and implementation you will assist in generating new projects as well. As such, you will get a unique chance to further build your profile by:

  • Designing and developing solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Implementing business automations using Power Platform and Power Automate. 
  • Working with clients to update, extend or migrate their current IT applications to make optimal use of the possibilities that Dynamics 365 CRM offers.  
  • Assisting in the growth of the Microsoft Services Group by extending the knowledge of the Dynamics platform, as well as taking up new challenges for the growing team. 
  • Working as part of a high-performing team. Collaborating and developing with fellow consultants and/or client colleagues. 

 

Skills and attributes for success 
 
To qualify for the role you must have 

  • a bachelor and/or master’s degree in a relevant field. For example, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Management, or IT related fields. 
  • More than 2 years’ hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. 
  • The ability to design, build, test and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions linking to client systems. 
  • The eagerness to develop yourself in Microsoft Business Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM + power platform)
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, combined with the ability to build ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationships
