Summary of Role:
As a Dynamics Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications.
The expected responsibilities to be performed in this role are :
- Develop, test and deliver CRM Portals and Power App portals
- Strong Field Service Experience
- Prepare proper documentation related to project deliverables such as technical designs, user training documents, status reports, testing related documents
- Ensure proper code quality is maintained and best practices recommended by Microsoft or client are followed
- Should be very strong in MS Dynamics CRM Technical aspects.
- Should have earlier led technical team and must have played Technical Architect role.
- Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Providing technical leadership, support and guidance to the development team.
- Planning, testing, and deploying software solutions
- Ensuring that all business requirements are met
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
