Extensive experience in OOTB capabilities, configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications, ideally Sales or Customer Service.

 

Workshop facilitation, storyboarding and prototyping.

 

Experience in business analysis activities advantageous.

 

Experienced with Agile delivery methodologies advantageous.

 

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

Current Microsoft certifications in relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform advantageous.
