Duties and responsibities

  • Implementing and managing Dynamics 365 CRM custom solutions.
  • Developing and Managing Custom application and their integrations with Dynamics 365
  • Managing Dynamics 365 integrations with Azure services.
  • Extensive experience designing CRM customization, workflows, portals, plugins and Client scripting
  • Well versed with Dynamics 365 Ecosystem Architecture and Business Processes.
  • Expert in Dynamics 365 CRM development including customization, plugins, custom workflows, client scripts, security configuration, and Portal development
  • Expert in developing and managing Dynamics 365 integrations with Azure services like App services, Azure functions, Azure service bus, and Azure storage.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and designing technical solutions such as custom development for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM (Jscript, C# plugins, web development, systems integration)
  • Experience in enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, as well as options such as ETL.
  • Ability to confidently present ideas and options involving complex technologies to our clients while building trust and credibility.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integration with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Groups or Teams, PowerApps and Common Data Services.

  • B.Tech – IT, CS or
  • MCA or
  • M.Sc. – IT, CS
