Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a Microsoft Dynamics instance for on-prem with transition to the Cloud, work with the client Dynamics team to keep the system updated.
  • Maintaining and operations for the strategic DHS systems that includes app priorities, bug fixes, operational tasks, direct support, capacity planning and data fixes
