We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft IIS Admin - Middleware Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft IIS administration, middleware support, shell scripting, and exposure to AWS and Salesforce. This role involves managing and maintaining the middleware infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and performance of applications, and providing expert support to our clients.


Responsibilities

Proven experience in Microsoft IIS administration and middleware support.
Proficiency in shell scripting and automation.
Experience with Bash scripting using PowerShell.
Exposure to AWS and Salesforce environments.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce) are a plus.
Experience with other middleware technologies such as WebLogic, JBoss, or WebSphere.
Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Strong understanding of database systems and SQL.


Requirements

Proven experience in Salesforce administration and deployments.
Proficiency in Windows IIS server administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Salesforce applications.
Experience with Ant, GitHub, and Jenkins.
Ability to work collaboratively with Salesforce Admins and other team members.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
