Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Essential Job Functions:

· Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based applications.

· Deliver services and solutions using the Power Platform suite: Microsoft's PowerApps, Power Automate, Data verse, Power BI, custom development, and data integrations.

· Support project and tech lead in development plans, estimation, and code and design reviews.

· Manage Power Platform Environments, Dataverse tables, and Deployments.

· Provide Power Platform architecture designs, configurations, administration or governance, and functional support.

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

· Minimum 8 years of experience with IT applications design and development

· 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform-based development and in the use of Microsoft 365 components, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps

· 3-5 years of experience with conducting and participating in design reviews and code reviews

· 5+ years of experience with developing and reviewing SDLC work products and artifacts

· Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administrator and tenant management/administration

· Experience with using Agile development methods and processes

· Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning

· Experience with development or migration of SharePoint applications

· Microsoft certification preferred

· Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance preferred
