Responsibilities

5+ years of professional experience in the Microsoft Power Platform.

ITIL experience: foundational knowledge and experience following Change Management and Service Management methodology.

Experience with web applications, basic web design.

Working knowledge of database/data modeling principles for application design.

 


Professional experience developing in 4 or more of the Power Platform technologies (specifically: Power Apps - Model Driven, Power Apps - Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate - Cloud flows, Power BI Desktop & Publishing to Online, Power Query, AI Builder).

General knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform licensing, the API limits, and throttling limitations within Power Platform.

Experience performing Solution upgrades between environments, including best practices.

Familiarity of Active Directory and basic security protocols.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret helpdesk tickets and emails.

Expertise With Power Platform Environment Management
