We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Server Operation System Engineer (Level 2-3) to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft server operations, patching vulnerabilities, and incident management, as well as hands-on experience with Azure, Active Directory, and other Microsoft-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Management: Patch vulnerabilities identified through penetration testing to ensure the security and integrity of our Microsoft server environment.
• Incident Management: Assist with incident response and resolution, ensuring timely and effective remediation of issues.
• User Account Management: Set up and manage user accounts, including permissions and security settings.
• Active Directory Management: Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, ensuring proper functionality and security.
• Microsoft Teams and Email Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Teams and email systems.
• Distribution Lists: Create and manage distribution lists to facilitate efficient communication within the organization.
• Azure Administration: Administer and manage Azure resources, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, apply updates, and maintain server health to ensure continuous operation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft server operations, with a focus on Level 2-3 support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in patching vulnerabilities, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, email systems, and distribution list management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or similar are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other cloud platforms and services.
• Familiarity with network security best practices.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools.
• Experience with other Microsoft tools and services, such as SharePoint and OneDrive
