MicroStrategy Admin

Responsibilities:

 
Lead and execute MicroStrategy platform upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation phases.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing best practices to optimize the MicroStrategy environment.
Configure and manage user access, security roles, and permissions within the MicroStrategy platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Administrator, with a focus on platform upgrades.
Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy architecture, components, and best practices.
Experience in planning, executing, and managing MicroStrategy platform upgrades.
Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy security configurations and user management.
Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for MicroStrategy environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
