Description

Provide Primary DBA (Database Administration) responsibilities including support of the various application development teams through advising on design, implementing solutions and optimizing databases for the applications.

Qualifications:
·5+ years in Database design, Replication, Stored procedures, SQL performance and tuning and all aspects of high-value add applications database support.
·5+ years Relational Database development, troubleshooting, design for highly concurrent applications
·Detailed knowledge of Always On and Clustering
·Has worked migrating SQL Servers from on premise to Cloud (AWS specifically a plus)
·Manage various OS and database specific upgrades on Windows/Linux environment
·Build self-service and automation tools using scripts/programs (ex. powershell) in order to reduce manual processing in providing low-touch offerings
