JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • As a Front End Application Engineer, you’ll partner with product designers and user experience experts to create the ultimate experience for our customer’s on company's award-winning Mobile App! By understanding our users and the interconnected network within the company, you’ll develop a delightful user experience. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Technical:

  • Mobile application development Experience with React Native (or React JS), Redux, and Frontend application frameworks
  • Experience as part of an Agile engineering or development team Experience with test automation such as Appium
  • Experience integrating with third party vendors
  • Good understanding of object-oriented principles with an ability to write clean code
  • Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies Experience with Java and Spring Boot (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and features with high quality (security, reliability, operations) to production
  • Achieves team commitments (and influence others to do the same) by using informal leadership & highly developed communication skills
  • Has an oversight on design decisions and guides team to achieve key results for products assigned to them
  • Remediates issues using engineering principles and creates proactive design solutions for potential failures

Must Have:

  • 1+ years of Agile experience
  • 2+ years of React Appium Object Oriented Concepts

Nice To Have:

  • 1+ years of Java experience React Native
