10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test architecture.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Testing Methodologies:

  • In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) and test-driven development (TDD).

Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding testing teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change in testing processes.
