About the Role:
Job Title: Mobile Support Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability.
Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues.
Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment.
Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
App support experience in Android/iOS mobile application development is preferred
Experience with Android SDK, Kotlin and Java.
Experience with iOS development platforms and tools such as Swift
Understanding of the full mobile development, maintenance and support life cycle
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
Review mobile app logs for troubleshooting and provide resolution for the issues reported
Retrieve logs from the app for troubleshooting and provide practical resolution
Should be flexible to analyse the issues faced in the product on both iOS and Android platforms
