Interacts directly with the users to support their request regarding mobile devices.
Set up and configure users’ Mobile Devices per firm’s requirements.
Verifies and validates all required applications are setup correctly and functions as expected.
Performs required testing to make sure all required setup is completed successfully.
Responds to users’ requests to address issues regarding mobile devices.
Takes responsibilities to address users’ requests by working with various team members, vendors, applications owners.
Develops relationships within the local mobility, desktop teams and other supporting teams.
Must-have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Must have knowledge about Mobiles devices – Apple iPhones and iPads. Aware of iOS supported devices and have experience in configuring / setting up.
7-8 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Good testing experience of mobile devices and mobile applications
Proficiency with software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Strong listening skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail where needed.
Able to coordinate, collaborate and work with limited supervision.
