Basic Qualifications: 

 At least 5 years of experience with Mobile Application UX / Design

 

Experience with information architecture, page hierarchies, user flows, UX research, wireframing, design systems, and user-centered design principles

Knowledge of both UX and UI, though we understand you’re likely to be stronger in one over the other

Working knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards

Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, user flows, journey maps and other digital tools to test and improve user experiences in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization

Strong working knowledge of industry tools - Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML/CSS, and Mural

A portfolio that demonstrates your involvement throughout Mobile Apps design cycle, with a focus on your conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills in responsive websites.

 Responsibilities:

  • Be a critical and contributing member of the team, focused on helping to define strategy and execution of the overall user experience
  • Help to brainstorm and propose design solutions that takes our product to the next level, while keeping the product direction, visuals and user experience in consideration
  • Help to define and refine user experiences, from supporting requirements gathering and user research efforts, through user flow mapping, prototyping, and UI design
  • Design experiences that make complex tasks and workflows simple and intuitive for all customers
  • Collect user research and integrate feedback as part of your design process
  • Work with product management, technology and business partners to define and deliver mobile application design solutions to reach business goals Understand the problem space, develop an approach to solving the problem, conduct research and present tradeoffs and solutions
  • Demonstrate fluency of design strategy tools and techniques to present opportunities and support decision-making and prioritization utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Participate in end-to-end product design by: Conducting exercises at all stages from discovery to validation, using a variety of methods to understand customer needs and define opportunities such as usability studies, card sorting, field studies, cognitive walk-throughs, contextual inquiry, participatory design.
  • Facilitate synthesis and knowledge mapping sessions Distilling findings into clearly articulated and actionable insights for stakeholders by clearly articulating recommended design solutions.
