· Conduct thorough usability testing of mobile applications and websites on a variety of mobile devices (iOS, Android) to identify user experience issues.
· Create detailed test plans and test cases to cover various usage scenarios and edge cases.
· Execute test cases and accurately document any usability issues, bugs, and glitches in a clear and organized manner.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to communicate and prioritize issues for resolution.
· Provide constructive feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, suggesting improvements and enhancements.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to mobile UX testing.
· Perform compatibility testing to ensure the application works seamlessly across different screen sizes, resolutions, and mobile devices.
· Participate in post-release testing and regression testing to verify bug fixes and enhancements.
· Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to mobile UX testing processes and best practices.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience in mobile UX testing or related roles, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
· Proficiency with various mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and familiarity with a wide range of mobile devices.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically about user interactions and behaviors.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
· Familiarity with mobile testing tools and software testing methodologies.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
