Description

·       Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.
·       Customize MS Dynamics  by creating entities, relationships, and web resources
·       Develop, test, and document working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics 
·       Develop Forms, Report customizations, and create data entities in Dynamics 365
·       Develop interfaces and integrations between CRM, related systems, and third-party software packages.
·       Write plugins for MS Dynamics 365 and utilize plugin registration tool
·       Experience with writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflow activities
·       Provide technical support for trouble tickets that need developer assistance
·       Provide estimates for new development requests
·       Perform design, development, unit testing, and deployment activities related to break-fix and enhancement projects
·       Lead code-related activities necessary with Microsoft updates
·       Manage and deploy CI/CD for CRM solutions
·       Preferred to have experience with C#/.Net, PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, Azure DevOps
