Position Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations – Retail/Commerce, specifically in MPOS (Modern POS) and Store Commerce.
- Hands-on experience with D365 HQ Enhancements, including code fixes, configuration, and testing in multiple environments.
- Deployment and support for MPOS, hashtag#HQ, and hashtag#CSU changes, fixes, and upgrades.
- Providing frontend MPOS support and managing MPOS hashtag#API interfaces.
- Handling MPOS customizations, extensions, and future enhancements.
- Supporting D365 HQ interface with Amtrak’s Revenue Accounting systems.
- Managing MPOS upgrades, enhancements, and mass deployment across the store network.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of hashtag#POS setup, including printers, customer displays, scanners, hardware stations, and hashtag#MPOS.
- Testing and release management, including root cause analysis for issues.
- Creating or updating technical design documents and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Identifying risks, issues, finding solutions, and managing them effectively.

What You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support projects.
- Experience with hashtag#D365 hashtag#Commerce/ hashtag#AX 2012 Retail implementations and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, hashtag#Microsoft hashtag#SQLServer hashtag#Database, hashtag#SSRS, and similar development tools.
- Experience with rollouts, deployments, upgrades, and code/fix push to EMPOS.
- Experience setting up new stores, store migrations, and hashtag#SLA-based support.
- Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow.
- Good exposure to hashtag#Finance & hashtag#SCM domains and industry knowledge.
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
- Strong business interactions, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment.
