Skills And Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge into Endpoint management, Microsoft Intune Technology, Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM) Issues
- Prior experience of working in operations and endpoint management
- Advanced skills in Windows Administration which includes Server 2016,2019 & SaaS based Technologies.
- Strong expertise into Microsoft Azure Technologies IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Log Analytics
- Intermediate expertise into SQL, Kusto, Log Analytics, Power BI
- Intermediate to Basic skills in Batch, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
- Exhibit a customer-first mentality in service incident management, data analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Act as an ally and be deeply invested in building an inclusive team culture.
- Understanding of resource in Azure portal
- Understanding of Azure DevOps
- Understanding of handling customer tickets as incidents in IcM or similar incident management tools and knowledge of AI OPS.
