Required Skills

5 years - Experience developing and supporting SharePoint Applications.
Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture.
SharePoint Online Site Administration including building sites and pages, modifying and deleting sites, managing SharePoint Permissions (Site Permissions, User groups, Document Library/List Permissions, Break Inheritance)
Knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and document Libraries (Filter & Sorting, Custom Views)
Use of MS Forms or 3rd party forms for data collection
Experience with configuring and implementing Power Automate (Flow)
Ability to communicate effectively with technical as well as non-technical staff.
Ability to learn and understand new technologies associated with SharePoint and O365 products.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Sound understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
3 years - Experience developing PowerApps canvas apps.

Highly Desired Skills

Experience creating Power BI dashboards.
Experience developing in MS PowerApps Portal with SQL Database (Dataverse)
Experience creating views in Dataverse.
Experience developing Cognito forms for data collection.
Experience working in the HR Domain with knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, classification, compensation, onboarding, payroll, hiring and other personnel actions, etc.)
Strong technical writing skills
Experience in State Government
GCC or GCC-High experience in the SharePoint Online government cloud
MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals certification
