Required Skills :
.1. 5 years experience with logical data modeling / database design for MS SQL Server applications.
.2. 5 years of experience with the design of web-based or client-server applications.
.3. 5 years of experience with requirement elicitation techniques to gather requirements from stakeholders.
4. 5 years of experience with group facilitation and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for business and systems analysis
.5. 5 years of experience with analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and design software solutions.
.6. 5 years of experience with object-oriented analysis and design including proficiency in the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
.7. 5 years of experience with the development of System Use Cases and technical specifications.
8. 2 years of experience using XML in data collection based on HL7 standard.
9. 2 years of experience with web service architecture.
10. 2 years of experience with design and implementation of data dictionaries.
