Role: MS Teams Meeting Room Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA and Nebraska, Omaha

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Teams Pro Portal, Configuration Management of Meeting Room systems via Intune
Provide expert Conference Room AV Support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly
Remotely configure and maintain AV equipment for optimal performance
Proficiency in Cisco/Logitech/Surface HUBs Video Conferencing equipment
Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Meetings to ensure successful virtual collaborations
Conduct regular inspections and system checks in conference rooms
Deliver IT AV support for large group meetings and events
Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory and configurations

💡 Desired Skills:
Powershell scripting
Experience with Video Conferencing systems
Knowledge of Active Directory and networks (VLAN)
Executive level support experience
Industry certifications (MTR systems, Crestron Systems, etc.)
