MuleSoft Developer

Austin, TX (US Remote)

 

Client requires the services of 2 Software Developers  who meets the general qualification of ITSAC Level 2 – Software Developer and the specifications outlined below.

Worker will work in the Client’s Information Technology Division (ITD) Applications Section. Primary duties will consist of designing and development of MuleSoft APIs/integrations. Worker may perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

5Experience working with development of APIs;
5Experience with SOAP and REST web services, well versed with spring framework;
5Experience in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API - SOAP, REST, XML, YAML, CSV, TCP, WebSocket, HTTP, REST, JSON, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, FTP
5Good understanding of underlying Mule ESB architecture with experience of server administration and physical deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid);

Skilled with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a solution architecture

development. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent

judgment. Performs deep analysis of systems and the interactions and defines the most efficient solutions for the interaction between the systems.

5Hands-on development experience in Mule 4.x including RAML design, REST API design, Flow, Sub flow, message processor, connectors, components, scopes, flow control, error handling, batch processing, Dataweave 2.x, java, custom connector SDK, MUnits
5Experience in developing, deploying and managing flows using Anypoint Studio and Cloud Hub
5Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications
5Experience designing, developing, securing and managing APIs via API Gateways and proxies
4Experience developing API strategy and roll out API templates

1At least 1 active MuleSoft Developer Certification is desirable
