MuleSoft Developer

Austin, TX 78741 (Remote within US)

3 months Contract with possibility to extension

The candidate will engage in API development activities related to the OAG’s Application Modernization Project within the MuleSoft platform. A successful candidate will have the ability to program in MuleSoft APIs and associated integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Implement best practices for API development, testing, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with MuleSoft APIs and integrations
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to API development and integration
  • Document APIs and integrations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

4RequiredSkill and experience developing APIs and integrations with MuleSoft
4RequiredProficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center

4RequiredExperience with message queues, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
4RequiredFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies
4RequiredExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills

4PreferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
