MuleSoft Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

 

• MuleSoft Development:
• Design, develop, and implement complex MuleSoft integration solutions.
• Lead the development of MuleSoft API policies and proxies.
• Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Integration Architecture:
• Collaborate with solution architects to design and implement scalable and high-performance integration solutions.
• Ensure adherence to integration best practices and industry standards.
• Leadership and Mentoring:
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in MuleSoft development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective integration solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for MuleSoft integrations.
• Implement and enforce best practices for testing and quality assurance.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for MuleSoft integrations.
• Document architectural decisions, integration flows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development.
• MuleSoft certification is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
• Experience with MuleSoft CloudHub and API Management.
• Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MuleSoft development or a related role.
