Role: Murex Datamart Developer
Work Address: Remote.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Murex Datamart Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, ETL development, and Murex. The role will involve the development and maintenance of Datamart reports within the Murex platform, as well as working closely with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Role and Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain Datamart reports within the Murex platform.
Extract and transform data from multiple sources using Murex data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) tools.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Provide support and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation .
Participate in the design and development of new reports, systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Datamart .
Strong experience with Murex, specifically in Datamart development.
Proficiency in SQL and at good Unix skills. Other programming language skills such as Java or C++ is a plus .
Experience with data warehousing and ETL development.
Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices .
Understanding of financial markets and products, specifically in the area of trading and risk management .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Murex's data model.
Experience with Murex Datamart setup, data extraction, and reporting.
