Job Title: Oracle DB Administration with Couchbase and MYSQL

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
MYSQL, COUCHBASE, ORACLE, MSSQL ANALYST
Install and configure Couchbase Server on the required hardware or virtual machines.
Database Upgrades.
Set up and optimize cluster configurations, including node settings and network configurations.
Create and manage Couchbase clusters.
Assist in designing data models to optimize data storage and retrieval.
Define and manage bucket configurations and data partitioning.
Implement backup strategies to ensure data recovery in case of failures.
Plan and execute data migration tasks when scaling or upgrading Couchbase clusters.
Ensure data consistency and minimal downtime during migrations.
Maintain High Availability.
Failover/Failback/Switchover on periodic basis.
Perform regular backups and validate restoration procedures (We are using Netbackup).
Performance Tuning: Optimize indexes/queries wherever needed.
Maintain Security Standards: Security Patches/Updates (to be complaint with Org Standards) Ensure that the database environment complies with regulatory and security requirements.
Support audit and compliance efforts by providing necessary data and logs.
User Management.
End-to-End Monitoring for Couchbase DB, and its resources on the server.
Capacity Planning
DR Setup - Quarterly validations
OS Monthly Patching
Troubleshooting & Issue resolution
Conduct performance testing and benchmarking to assess the databases capabilities under different loads.
Stay updated with the latest Couchbase features and best practices.
Willing for rotational shifts in communications point to the JD
