Description

Job Responsibilities: Perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives, and needs of the operations environment for each Client(s) assigned. Create detailed professional client facing documents which include Project Scope; Business Requirements; Gap Analysis; Test Plans; Test Scripts; Training/Working Session Materials and additional documentation as needed. Present/Facilitate onsite and/or remote client facing meetings related to Nautilus ECM Project Lifecycle activities. Create functional documents with value-add directed toward customer deliverables and assist in the implementation of Nautilus ECM. Maintain, develop, and deliver Nautilus Workflow processing and product specific training for each Client(s) assigned. Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and configuring Nautilus ECM and accompanying procedures based upon Client(s) requirements and operating environment. Act as the lead Consultant for each project assigned to guide, make recommendations and process changes to improve and support Nautilus processing for assigned Client(s). Review clients Nautilus system for best practice improvements. Identify Professional Services or add-on modules sales opportunities or assisting with commercializing new service opportunities within the Nautilus space. Continuously partner with the Project Manager assigned to the same Clients, ensuring every milestone and project task is being met either before the due date or by the due date. Become familiar with the project plan to make incremental task updates and completion percentages as progress is made. Build and maintain client relationships achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and on time go lives.
