Navitaire Developer

Title: Navitaire Developer
Location: Denver, CO

Responsibilities:
·       Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
·       Design, develop, and test software solutions using Navitaire's technology stack, including New Skies, Navitaire Flights, and Navitaire NDC.
·       Customize and configure Navitaire products to meet the specific requirements of airline clients.
·       Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Navitaire implementations, providing timely resolutions.
·       Stay updated on the latest developments in Navitaire technology and industry best practices.
·       Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
·       Proven experience as a software developer, with a focus on Navitaire technology.
·       In-depth knowledge of Navitaire's suite of products, including New Skies, Navitaire Flights, and Navitaire NDC.
·       Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
·       Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
·       Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·       Strong communication and collaboration skills.
·       Navitaire certification(s) is a plus.
·       Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
·       Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
·       Prior experience in the airline industry or travel technology sector.
