Requirements:
• Experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle and SQL Server in an n-tier
architecture (7-10 years);
• Experience with .Net 4.5 and higher (7+ years);
• Experience with Visual Studio 2015 or higher (5+ years);
• Experience in cloud development (3-5 years);
• Experience in database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);
• Experience in SQL tuning;
• Experience with on-premise, Azure DevOps and DevOps;
• Experience with development source control (Team Foundation Server);
• Experience developing and maintaining TFS such as build/release automation, branching merging strategies, roles and
permissions, custom task creation, TFS-CLI, and build definitions (VSO/XAML);
• Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;
• Experience in object-oriented development techniques;
• Experience as an expert/lead technical role;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Experience supporting production deployments and assisting with troubleshooting deployment issues;
• Experience with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements;
• Experience setting up continuous integration capabilities;
• Experience setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment;
• Experience participating in the Technical Change Control Board activities which include code refactoring, design reviews
and ROM estimate for projects and enhancements;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience.
 
Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for the .Net systems;
• Assist with cloud migration of existing code;
• Provide services for the Multi Language Translation (MLT) framework;
• Develop enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces,
functions, and features;
• Determine specifications, then plans, designs, and develop the most complex and business critical software solutions,
utilizing appropriate software engineering processes;
• Assisting in the most difficult support problems;
• Develop programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse;
• Apply the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies;

• View both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines;
• Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
