CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
5.1. 7 years of experience developing and supporting web application using Microsoft web programming tools and Object-Oriented Programming, including ASP.Net, C#, MVC, JavaScript, Angular (version 7 or higher), .NET CORE or .NET Framework 5.0, JQuery, HTML and CSS.
5.2. 5 years of experience as lead application developer or lead application architect.
5.3. 7 years of experience with SQL, the design and creation of application database schemas using Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS programming.
5.4. 5 years of experience using Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools, such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau or PowerBl.
5.5. 3 years of experience in developmental support of applications in the domains of financial, accounting or health care database systems.
5.6. 1 year of experience with cloud-based application development and provisioning using services such as Azure or AWS.
6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. Create web application designs for feature enhancements and defect corrections in the time and manner specified in the work tickets.
6.1.2. Create and modify code elements in the time and manner specified in the work tickets. These code elements include: User Interfaces, Web Services, Database Objects, Database Code, Reports, and any other Interface coding.
6.1.3. Ensure all source code and associated documentation are placed in the Department’s source control and team document repository systems.
6.1.4. Troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues in the time and manner specified in the work tickets.
6.1.5. Provide task breakdown, work estimates, and status updates to support the Project Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes
