| 8 | Required | Developing complex web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET CORE and ASP.NET Web API |
| 8 | Required | Designing and Implementing enterprise level databases on SQL Server and Oracle platforms |
| 6 | Required | Testing each deliverable, using a strong testing methodology for Unit and Development testing. |
| 6 | Required | XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React |
| 2 | Preferred | Working knowledge of Microsoft Blazor |
| 2 | Preferred | Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle JSON functions |
| 2 | Preferred | Familiarity with Ed-Fi Data Standards and Technologies |
