Job Description:

This role necessitates onsite presence at the customer's office in Portland, OR, USA. Seeking an individual experienced in managing mid-size support and development projects directly from the customer's site.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java or .NET development.
• Proficient in integrating Program Management, PMP, Delivery Management, ITIL, and SCRUM Master methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Showcase substantial experience managing customer relationships and overseeing end-to-end project delivery involving both offshore and onsite teams.
• Demonstrate adeptness in collaborating with customers, system owners, and diverse technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveries.
• Lead monthly operational reviews and continuous improvement discussions with the client.
• Maintain and foster the relationship between Genpact and the client, ensuring alignment with the defined scope
