Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using the latest .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. This role demands proficiency in .NET frameworks, leadership capabilities, and experience in working with cloud-based technologies such as Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications while adhering to best practices.
• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code to enhance software functionality.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and task delegation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the development team.

Cloud and DevOps:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, etc.).
• Work with DevOps tools and practices to automate deployment pipelines and improve continuous integration and delivery.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, etc.) to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, design sessions, and sprint planning.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications using .NET frameworks.
• Expertise in SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) for developing and optimizing database-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automation tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, or Angular is a plus.
