Roles & Responsibilities 
Analyzes and Designs Systems Implementations. 
Provides flexible, scalable and cost-efficient architecture and design. 
Works in tandem with Solution and Enterprise Architects to provide detailed System Designs. 
Works with the Business System Analysts to understand, capture, and document system design artifacts. 
Develops detailed technical process flows. 
Provides recommendations on required infrastructure per the operational architecture. 
Hands on coding as required. 
Experience with integration architecture, analysis and design. 
Collaborates with other vendors for data interoperability needs and analysis. 
Must have 
6+ years of strong experience in systems design and analysis. 
8+ years of experience with .Net Core, MVC, Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap. 
6+ years of experience with MS SQL and Oracle, 
3+ years of experience with integration designs and implementations. 
3+ years of experience working in an Azure cloud environment. 
Ability to capture business an functional requirements. 
Experience working in a public sector environment, preferably State agencies. 
Strong experience working in a HIPAA compliance environment. 
Work in a cross vendor environment. 
3+ year of experience creating prototypes and wireframes. 
Experience working with 3rd party vendor application implementations. 
Strong experience with integrations and system interoperability. 
Desired 
SCRUM certified. 
experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Medicaid, Medicare, Benefits, Health Insurance. 
Have managed a team of at least 8-10 people. 
Experience in Data Governance.
