Description

We’re looking for 2 .NET Tech Leads for one of our client for a team of 130 consultants. They are responsible for IT projects for Polish and international clients. Thye carry out many tasks: from

designing, building and implementing through developing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems to defining business requirements, supporting tests and creating mobile applications. As part of the department, we provide consulting services in IT, mainly for financial sector institutions from Poland and abroad.

Your future role:

designing and implementing modern solutions and processes,
active participation in the process of creating high-performance solution architecture,
creating project documentation,
participation in software implementations and cooperation with users in the scope of ongoing problem solving,
presentation of solutions and their implementations for clients,
creative approach to creating solutions in the design cycle,
support for junior programmers in the team.

Apply if:

you have a higher education in IT or related fields,
you have experience in a similar position for approx. 2 years,
you demonstrate programming skills in C# and popular frameworks (e.g. ASP.Net Core, EF Core) supported by min. 6 years of experience,
you demonstrate knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL preferred),
you demonstrate the ability to solve technical problems, knowledge of performance issues, algorithms and data structures, multithreaded programming issues,
you have a wide range of technical knowledge,
you have knowledge of English and Polish that allows you to independently use technical documentation and communicate with other team members,
you have knowledge of design patterns and their practical use.

Nice to have:

experience in programming web applications and systems processing large data sets,
practical knowledge of front-end technologies,
experience with Azure or other cloud solutions,
ability to use various software testing techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
